APPLICATION PROCESS AND PROCEDURE
1.Applications: Application packets may be emailed to you by request.
2.Submission of Applications: Once you received the application, complete it and return it to INAMI International Office. 
3.By completing this application, you are only expressing a desire to affiliate with INAMI. It does not mean that you will be accepted by our fellowship simply because you have completed an application. 
4.Processing and Review: The INAMI staff will screen your application and a in-person interview will be scheduled with the admissions committee & ours Chief Apostles. 
5.If you provide an E-Mail address, INAMI will notify you by e-mail, if your application is approved. Otherwise, a letter of Affiliation will be sent to you once all of the applicant’s information has been received, reviewed and recommendations made. 
Note: Your application can only be fully processed, once all components of the application have been received.
6.After approved, you and your ministry will have all right and privileges afforded to members in good standing, however your official induction will take place at the next International Conference, with an official Service of Credentialing. 
Individual/DUAL Affiliation Membership- Individual membership recognizes those currently credentialed with another fellowship who also desire to affiliate with INAMI.
Church or Ministry Affiliation- Churches who seek affiliation with us as an apostolic covering and network for the purpose of the New Testament ministry, including evangelism, missions outreach, church planting, ministry equipping, and fellowship.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. A DEFINITE CALL TO MINISTRY:  
•Certificate Of Ministry-Call to Serve in Local Church Ministry  
​•License Or Ordination- Call to One or More of the Five-fold Ministries •Membership-Licensed or Ordained in Another Fellowship 
2. MINISTRY PREPARATION PROPORTIONAL TO THE CREDENTIAL 
•Training in a Bible College, School of Ministry, correspondence courses, etc, or equivalent personal study and ministry experience. 
•If formal training or equivalent personal study and ministry experience is not evident, a general Bible and Ministry Exam may be required. 
MEMBERSHIP FEE: 
FIRST TIME
$250.00 Individual     
RENEWAL
$150.00 Individual      

ANNUAL RENEWAL FEE:
The renewal fee must be paid at least 20 days before the credential expiration date.
​All renewal fees must be received by the close of Convocation each year, and if special circumstances exist, those issues should be relayed to the international office.
