Welcome to INAMI - EMERGENCY CRISIS CHAPLAIN DIVISION
We are a faith-based ministry and educational training center dedicated to equipping individuals for chaplaincy service, pastoral care, and spiritual support within communities. We operate under a mother organization FIRE AND GLORY APOSTOLIC INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY a registered nonprofit religious organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code! Our chaplaincy training programs are designed to prepare individuals to provide spiritual care and pastoral support in various ministry contexts. The organization operates within the protections afforded to religious institutions under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. Our mission is to train and empower individuals to provide compassionate spiritual care in churches, hospitals, community outreach programs, correctional environments, and other ministry settings. Our chaplaincy training programs focus on spiritual care, pastoral presence, ethical ministry practices, and faith-based support for individuals experiencing life challenges. Our organization operates under our mother organization church and ministry training center dedicated to equipping individuals for service through education, discipleship, and ministry preparation. Our chaplaincy training programs are designed to prepare individuals to provide spiritual care and pastoral support in various ministry contexts. The organization operates within the protections afforded to religious institutions under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. |
Mission Statement
The INAMI Emergency Crisis Chaplain Corps exists to equip, credential, and deploy trained chaplains who provide compassionate spiritual care, pastoral presence, and faith-based support during times of crisis, trauma, grief, and community need. Through professional chaplain training and ecclesiastical credentialing, our chaplains are prepared to serve individuals, families, and communities in environments such as hospitals, correctional institutions, disaster response settings, community outreach initiatives, and ministry contexts where spiritual care and pastoral support are needed. The INAMI Emergency Crisis Chaplain Corps is committed to serving with integrity, compassion, and respect, offering spiritual guidance and pastoral care to those experiencing difficult circumstances while upholding the ethical standards and mission of the International Network of Alliance Ministries.

Our leadership structure is designed to provide effective oversight, guidance, and support for our chaplains, ensuring that our ministry serves communities with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
1-Ecclesiastical Authority The International Network of Alliance Ministries 2-International Director of Chaplaincy Responsible for oversight of the entire chaplain corps. 3-Deputy Director of Chaplain Operations Coordinates chaplain activities and program development. 4-Director of Chaplain Training Responsible for curriculum, certification, and training programs. 5-Director of Chaplain Standards and Ethics Responsible for ethics, compliance, and chaplain conduct. 6-Regional Chaplain Directors Provide leadership and coordination at regional or state levels. 
Each certified chaplain receives the following upon successful completion of the required training and approval by the ecclesiastical authority of the ministry:
• Chaplain Credential ID • Chaplain Identification Badge • Ecclesiastical Endorsement • Credential Verification Listing in the Official Chaplain Registry Credential Renewal Cycle Associate and Bachelor Level Chaplains: Renewal required every year. Master and Doctoral Level Chaplains: Renewal required every two years Ecclesiastical Credential Disclaimer Credentials issued by this ministry represent ecclesiastical recognition within a faith-based ministry organization. These credentials do not confer governmental authority, law enforcement authority, or professional licensure regulated by civil authorities. Chaplains serve in a pastoral and spiritual care capacity within the scope of ministry. |
The International Network of Alliance Ministries (INAMI) operates as a faith-based religious organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As an ecclesiastical body, the ministry exercises the authority to train, recognize, and credential ministers and chaplains who serve within the scope of pastoral care and spiritual ministry. The issuance of chaplain credentials by INAMI represents ecclesiastical endorsement and recognition of an individual’s preparation to provide spiritual care, pastoral presence, and faith-based support in ministry settings. Such credentialing reflects the ministry’s internal standards for training, ethical conduct, and readiness for chaplaincy service. Chaplains credentialed by INAMI serve in a pastoral and spiritual care capacity and may provide ministry support in environments including hospitals, correctional institutions, community outreach programs, crisis response situations, and other settings where spiritual care and pastoral presence are appropriate.
